Your guests are receiving an invitation not just to a celebration, but to the next chapter of your life together. At our studio, we trade the speed and detachment of commercial printing for the slow, heartfelt alchemy of intentional design.
We are artists first and foremost. Our specialty lies in the translation of the intangible: we take the textures of your love story and turn them into a tactile masterpiece. Through a meticulous labour of love, we curate every hue and fiber to ensure your suite demands to be held, not just read.
For us, this is higher stakes than just disposable stationery; your guests will feel the gravity of the occasion from the moment they touch the envelope. We compose commissioned artwork that serves as both a breathtaking first impression and a cherished heirloom. It would be our greatest honour to provide you the first gift of fine art you will give your guests, and the first piece of history you will keep for yourselves.
We believe that your wedding paper is the prologue to your legacy... the physical manifestation of a dream.
01. consultation & Proposal
To kick off your Reverelle stationery project, contact us via one of the appropriate inquiry forms depending on what you are looking for. We'll email you back within 1-3 business days with more information, including a confirmation of our availability for your date and a link to book a complimentary initial consultation with our Lead Designer. A custom proposal will be prepared for you following the consultation.
02. concept development
Once you've booked us (hooray!!) and before any design work begins, we take a deep dive into curating the right design direction for your project. This is a crucial step and we invest the time to ensure complete understanding and alignment of design expectations to avoid mishaps and costly revisions later in the process. We develop a concept plan for you that considers every detail meticulously including palettes, paper options, verbiage and embellishment styles with the understanding that this is to be used as a reliable but flexible point of reference throughout the design process.
03. Designs & Revisions
Any required custom illustrations will be completed first, followed by stationery layout designs and proofs. This is where we can experiment with different options from the concept plan until everything feels just right. We include up to 3 full rounds of revisions to fine-tune and perfect your suite.
04. production & assembly
Once the design has been approved, we begin print production and assembly right away. This step takes 4 to 6 weeks, depending on the time of year and project complexity i.e. the number of components and assembly methods. Once assembly is completed, we package everything up for you with lots of love and bubble wrap and express ship to your door.
To ensure we can dedicate the necessary time and artistry to your suite, we recommend reaching out as soon as your date and venue are secured, ideally 6 to 12 months before your wedding date.
We are only able to accept a limited number of commissions per season to maintain our high standard of excellence and craftsmanship, so we highly recommend inquiring for your date as early as possible so as to avoid disappointment.

Please note: our current minimum investment for invitation suites is $2,500 CAD/$2,000 USD.
Since every project we undertake is a bespoke work of art tailored specifically to your love story, we do not have a standardized price list. The investment is as unique as the design itself, influenced by your chosen materials, printing methods, and the complexity of the suite. After our initial consultation, we will provide a customized proposal that reflects the specific vision we’ve built together.
Our current minimum investment for invitation suites is $2,500 CAD/$2,000 USD, not including save the dates or day-of stationery. This ensures that we can source the highest quality materials and dedicate the necessary studio hours to crafting a suite that meets our standards of fine art, while also providing our clients the utmost priority, care, and ease of communication for the entire duration of our work together. Due to the artisanal nature of our work, we do not operate on a strict quantity basis. In other words, you are free to order as few or as many sets as required, provided that the minimum investment is met.
Special note: we do not accept single copy "photo-only" project requests for the purposes of your photographer creating a detail shot. We do not recommend this as our focus is creating a cohesive paper experience for your entire guest list.
A typical invitation suite takes between 8 to 14 weeks from the initial concept to assembly and arrival to your door, depending on the complexity of your designs and any custom artwork required. Day-of stationery average 4-6 weeks. For your convenience, please check our inquiry forms to see the current production estimates.
Because we are a design studio and not a commercial print shop, we generally prefer for each project to be given the time necessary to reach its full potential. However, we can accommodate a small number of rush orders depending on availability. Note that rush fees will apply.
Each project is treated as a bespoke and physical fine art commission, so if you are specifically looking for ready-to-print files, customizable templates, or a quick print service, we would unfortunately not be the right vendor fit! Our value lies in the holistic curation of your stationery. To ensure the integrity of the work and our signature aesthetic, we only produce designs that are conceived within our studio.
If you are looking for a digital "in case" copy in addition to commissioning a printed project with us, kindly ensure that you are accounting for extra copies at the time of quantity finalization prior to print production as we do not provide digital invitation or day-of stationery services.
Absolutely! We believe that the narrative should remain cohesive from the first Save the Date to the final thank you note. For our invitation clients, we will follow the same concept plan developed at the start of our work together. This ensures a seamless visual transition from the mailbox to the wedding table.
Yes. While we are based in Toronto, Canada, we work with couples worldwide. We take our packaging seriously and only use trusted couriers to ensure your heirloom-quality paper is handled with care and arrives safely, regardless of where your celebration is taking place. Please note that we are not responsible for any customs or duty fees incurred upon arrival in your country.
